Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup milk
pinch of salt
1.5 cup flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1.5 cups chunky applesauce
half cup finely chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Beat the egg
add the milk
add flour and mix just until all is wet
Fold in other ingredients, one by one. Do not over mix
Fry in pan or on griddle, as you would other pancakes.
Serves 4-6.
