I am not a vegetarian. I love chicken, BBQ pork and especially shrimp. Two years ago my cholesterol got too high so I've cut out the fatty meats and shrimp completely but do eat fish or skinless chicken twice a week to get my protein. I also drink nonfat milk and eat nonfat yogurt. This leaves me looking for vegetarian recipes (but I don't want to spend money on more cookbooks!).

I want to share with you a wonderful website I found. The "Video Jug" site offers how-to videos as well as expert advice on just about everything you can imagine. They have cooking videos, too. Please check them out at for delicious vegetarian recipes from around the world.
